Critic:
"Mud" depicts the plain life of Mississippi, verging on surrealism with the dark and dramatic filming and acting. The plot is one of the most original I've seen in years... A bit like "Stand by Me", this movie will keep you thinking about it long after the credits roll. Unsuspected and thrilling and romantic ending to conclude the sometimes confusing storyline.
